I’m the only one between my hubby and kids who needs to eat gluten free but we all dined and enjoyed the food. The cheese burger was sooo good! All the bread and buns are home made. The service was great!

As someone with coeliac disease and a vegetarian who worries being a bother when I have to go out to eat with friends/family, this restaurant was a treasure-trove!! I hadn’t had a burger in ages, or a good gluten free pancake, and I was really impressed at how good the food was! I wished I tried more of the food—you don’t find many places like this around Italy. The person who served us was also very friendly and checked that we were happy with the food. You can also order food to take out. The restaurant interior was lovely.

Lovely food all gluten free. Everything here is hand made from the Bread to the sauces.white cabbage and mustard are strobgly reccommended. Excellent place to have a Quick lunch At good Price and healthy as well. .

My husband has gluten and lactose intolerance, plus an allergy to sesame, while I am lactose intolerant only. I am so glad we found Amaranth! We have just tried the muffins (salty and sweet) and the hamburger and cheeseburger so far (with the hand made mayo....super!). Not only it's tasty, it's healthy, and we can finally enjoy a hamburger which tastes actually good!! The staff is also super kind and always smiling. Recommended 100%

This gluten free restaurant is a real gem! 💎 The food is simply amazing - burgers, panini, muffins - all delicious and gluten free. Vegan options too! The lady at the cash desk was very helpful and nice, she explained all the ingredients to us and we were able to customize our burgers. She even gave us muffins on the house! Did I mention the food was delicious? Oh and the price was also great! If I visit Pescara one more time, this is definitely a place to go.
